Customer service received a call from their customer with an emergency request for a compound to mold a needed part so they could get their plane back in the air. Further details were discussed with the Technical Director and the R&D team was tasked with researching in their extensive library of AMS formulations to determine which one would meet the stringent specifications. KMC mixed and delivered the compound to the customer in less than 4 hours. The customer was able to mold the necessary parts and get the aircraft back up in the air. The fast response saved the company thousands of dollars.
